• Law 287/2009 of 17 July 2009 on the Civil Code, republished, as subsequently amended and supplemented;
• Law no. 134/2010 on the new Civil Procedure Code, republished;
• Law no. 677/2001, as subsequently amended and supplemented, as well as its subsequent regulations (eg: Law No. 52/2002 and Decisions of ANSPDCP)

• Directive 95/46 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 1995 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data;

4. Purpose / purposes of processing your personal data:
• for the purpose of providing services, consisting of: consultancy, construction and installation of PVC joinery, various carpentry maintenance and repair works;

6.2. On 25.05.2018, according to GDRP, the data subjects have new rights in the processing of their personal data, ensuring their confidentiality. For proper information, we mention that they include the right to request the operator access to his or her personal data, rectification or erasure, or restriction of processing, the right to oppose the processing, and the right to data portability.
7. Formulation of Complaints:
• In order to defend the rights that are conferred to you by law on personal data protection, in accordance with applicable law, before submitting to ANSDCP, you will file a complaint with the Metal Glass SRL operator at the following address: Crişan Street, no. 19, Fălticeni, postal code 725200, Suceava county, Romania, which will be settled within 30 days from the date of registration.
• You can also complain, under the law, including to ANSDCP.
8. Conditions of legitimacy regarding the processing of personal data:
